Where is the summer going?! I can't believe we are more than halfway through July! Today I finally broke out one of my favorite summer looks, my #TargetStyle Chambray Romper (shown below). It was perfect for the last day of this beautiful MN weather streak we've been having all week which will sadly come to an end tomorrow with weather in the 60's and rain.
Chambray is a staple most commonly seen in the spring and fall seasons. More often than not, the button-down chambray shirt is one of the most popular, timeless pieces during these seasons, but this summer, the material danced it's way in like no one was watching and has been styled into dresses, rompers, skirts, shorts, and even crop tops! I love the lightweight material and how versatile it is for anyone's wardrobe. It's easy to dress up, but is simple enough to facade a casual everyday look. Though the romper I wore today is no longer in stock (last year's style), it sparked an idea to make a list of rompers similar to it for you all to shop, gain inspiration, and more!
Below you'll find a list of 15 chambray rompers under $100 that capture that perfect chic summer blue.
Old Navy - $39.99
Kohl's - $36.00
American Eagle - $49.95
Old Navy - $34.99
Anthropologie - $69.95
Nordstrom Rack - $55.97
Nordstrom - $45.00
Tobi - $17
I really love each of these rompers for so many reasons. They are all unique in their own way, and I wanted to make sure to include both dark and light chambray on this list. They each hold that rich blue color that'll be long lasting through the rest of July and August and even into September on the warmer days.
A great way to style a chambray romper is with a pair of tan sandals or slides with a neutral toned faux suede clutch or woven purse. For chiller nights or breezy days, a natural toned knit cardigan will do the trick on keeping you cozy while contrasting against the blue, making it pop.
